This is a full-time position based in Kulon Progo, offering a competitive salary package of Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Coordinate fleet activities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Manage and monitor fleet performance, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage fleet expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance.
• Provide support to the Fleet Coordinator in planning and executing fleet-related projects.
• Conduct regular fleet audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with English is a plus.
