📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets.,Monitor quality control and implement improvement measures.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and submit regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Proven track record in operational management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with quality control and safety standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred but not required).,Fluency in Indonesian and English (preferred).,Valid driver's license (preferred).
