📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile accounts payable, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly
• Maintain and update financial records using SAP and QuickBooks
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment of invoices
• Monitor and manage accounts payable aging, identifying and addressing any discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with the latest financial trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
