📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.,Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Conduct regular system backups to ensure data integrity and availability.,Support the IT department in achieving its goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, such as servers, workstations, and networking devices.,Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Understanding of network protocols and configurations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as PythonJavaor C++.Familiarity with database management systemssuch as MySQL or SQL Server.Understanding of virtualization technologiessuch as VMware or Hyper-V.Experience with IT security best practices and protocols.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
