📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Manage and mentor a team of nursing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Implement and monitor nursing protocols and standards.
- Coordinate with other healthcare departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Represent the nursing unit in hospital committees and meetings.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Certification as a Nurse Manager or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of nursing standards and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
