📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of leading and training kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Good understanding of inventory management.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
