Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company,Coordinate and supervise the work of operations staff,Ensure that all processes are running efficiently and effectively,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency,Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Lead and mentor junior staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within operations or a similar field,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
