📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure targets are met.,Monitor production schedules and coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of projects.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of production.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels for production needs.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve overall team performance.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflows.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
