Hokian Wati Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary success. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our food production runs smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and maintaining the quality and quantity of food production.,Ensuring all food products are prepared according to standard operating procedures.,Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.,Assisting in the preparation and cooking of food items.,Cleaning and sanitizing work areas to maintain high hygiene standards.,Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely food production.,Reporting any issues or concerns to the kitchen manager.,Participating in regular training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in food production or related field.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and quality control.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to work remote and follow company policies.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
