📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the litigation department, overseeing all aspects of legal cases and disputes.,Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the company's management and employees.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company's interests.,Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and settlements.,Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.,Maintain and update legal documentation and records.,Collaborate with external legal counsel and consultants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in litigation and legal compliance.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully managing legal cases and disputes.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid legal practice certificate and membership in the Indonesian Bar Association (if applicable).
