📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product development and marketing initiatives to support sales efforts.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.,Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
