📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of documentation tools and processes,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed,Ensure that technical documentation is accessible and user-friendly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in technical writing tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus
