Overseeing day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Managing a team of employees to achieve branch targets and goals.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.,Conducting regular staff training and development programs.,Managing inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels.,Preparing and presenting regular reports to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
