📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor procurement budgets and expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Support the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
