PT Cemerlang Sentosa Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and build strong customer relationships in the Bandar Lampung, Lampung area.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Promote and sell our products/services to potential and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns.
• Participate in sales team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
