GRID Lestari is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Distribution Officer to join our dynamic team in Seminyak, Bali. As a Junior Distribution Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.,Prepare and maintain distribution reports, including delivery schedules, inventory status, and performance metrics.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales and logistics, to ensure seamless distribution processes.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the distribution field.,Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and collaborate on improving distribution processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with clients.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
