📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
