📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage and train store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of operations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events within the store.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and improving sales performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
