Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the operations team,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Manage the company's budget and financial resources,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients,Identify and mitigate operational risks,Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
