📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor operational staff to achieve organizational goals.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels and timely deliveries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus.
