Bit Smart Pratama is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources to meet production targets.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve workflow.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.,Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.,Prepare and maintain detailed reports on operational activities and performance.,Assist in training new staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of managing operations and improving efficiency.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
