In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available when needed and returned in good condition.,Oversee the fleet's compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Track and report on fleet performance metrics, such as fuel efficiency and vehicle utilization.,Investigate and resolve any issues or incidents involving the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
