You will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales transactions and achieve monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their queries and purchases.,Maintain a clean and well-organized retail space.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental goals.,Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Assist in the organization of promotions and events to boost sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong customer service orientation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy items.,High school diploma or equivalent.
