📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company objectives.,Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and performance evaluations.,Monitor and control purchasing activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely delivery of goods and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.,Handle supplier disputes and resolve issues to maintain a positive supplier relationship.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
