As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of our brand. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Train and mentor baristas and store staff to ensure high-quality coffee preparation and customer service.,Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that reflects our brand's premium coffee experience.,Monitor and report sales performance, and work with the regional manager to achieve store goals.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the satisfaction of our customers.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events, special offers, and seasonal items.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying them to improve store operations and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably in the coffee industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
