📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly instructions and guides,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency and quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content,Provide technical support to customers and users by answering questions and resolving issues,Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure that technical documentation meets business and customer needs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing and communication skills,Familiarity with documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and project management skills,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
