📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.,Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company.,Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to the management team.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
