📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to hiring and onboarding
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a diverse and talented workforce
• Manage daily HR operations, including employee records, payroll, and benefits administration
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment or compliance role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
