📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional Balinese recipes.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Support the bar team in preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a memorable dining experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen or bar setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques and traditional Balinese cuisine.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools, such as stoves, grills, and mixers.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
