📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate emergency medical services and ensure the availability of paramedic personnel.
- Conduct systematic planning, supervision, and evaluation of paramedic services.
- Perform safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Provide first aid training and certification to construction workers.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
- Monitor and report on workplace safety performance and incident rates.
- Collaborate with construction teams to enforce safety standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in the construction industry.
- Certification in First Aid or Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
- Knowledge of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures and equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, or related field.
