As a Planner / Buyer Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our supply chain. You'll work closely with our procurement, production, and logistics teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance our overall performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and plans using software like SAP or Oracle.
• Analyze market trends and customer demand to forecast production needs and adjust plans accordingly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices and terms for raw materials and components.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
• Participate in training programs and certifications to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in supply chain planning and procurement.
• Proficient in using supply chain management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO, HACCP, or similar.
• Ability to travel to suppliers and vendors as needed.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
