📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement content strategies for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
• Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and engagement strategies.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage our Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital advertising.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Hootsuite.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.
