• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display to showcase our collections effectively.
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new arrivals to provide informed advice to customers.
• Promote our brand and products through engaging social media interactions and in-store events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Strong knowledge of luxury jewelry, including materials, designs, and market trends.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with basic sales techniques and strategies.
