📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics center, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all goods are stored and handled in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage the fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that drivers are trained and certified.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the services we provide.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the services we provide.
• Ensure that all regulatory and safety requirements are met, and that the logistics center is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Proficient in the use of logistics management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certified in logistics and supply chain management, such as CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) or APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
