📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of engineers to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of advanced medical equipment.
• Oversee the installation, calibration, and servicing of medical devices in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement effective solutions to enhance equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT departments, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of medical equipment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on medical equipment maintenance and repair.
• Certification in medical equipment maintenance and calibration (e.g., CMMS, CMM, or similar).
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other relevant industry standards.
