You will have the chance to work with state-of-the-art warehouse management systems (WMS) and other specialized tools, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and safely. With a contract duration of 12 months, this role offers stability and growth potential for the right candidate.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures for warehouse operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Train and educate staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
• Investigate and document incidents to prevent future occurrences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HSE management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or OSH Professional, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Proficiency in using HSE management software, such as SAP EHS or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
