📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Certified in financial planning and analysis (CFP, CPA, or similar) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
• Proven track record of driving financial growth and operational efficiency in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
